We start by getting to know each and every one of our neighbors, their families, their stories and their medical histories. Our staff members are fully trained in memory care before they ever step onto our dementia special care unit and must complete the number of state-required hours to be certified. In order to be a part of the Oasis Team, our staff must be dedicated to being part of our family and to creating a strong sense of connection with our neighbors.
